EXCHANGE POLICY

- Right after receiving the goods, for products that are damaged or not in accordance with the ordered product code or are not suitable for use, the customer has the right to return it within 15 days.

- Products to be exchanged must be in unused condition, not contaminated with chemicals or any detergent, not deformed, still keep receipts and packaging...

- The process of resolving customer complaints will be resolved within 7 (seven) working days as soon as we send you a confirmation email about the product status.

- Regarding the form of exchange, we only accept to exchange products of the same type with the type of customer ordered initially or other products of the same price or more (customers make up for more money). The cost of exchange will be borne by https://aconcept-vn.com.
